Job Role in Detail

This role involves overseeing lease administration across all our subsidiaries. In this position, you will ensure accurate lease documentation, manage property database integrity and oversee monthly rent payments, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Manage Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation and documentation process
  • Prepare lease summaries and arrange director execution of documentation
  • Maintain the property database
  • Provide administrative support for leasing issues and requirements
  • Manage Lease Administration related communications
  • Prepare and distribute reports
  • Mark-up ITL/Heads of Agreement documents and request amendments as necessary
  • Monitor progress of leasing matters and follow up with customers

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and managing lease agreements

- Maintaining accurate records and databases

- Providing excellent customer service

- Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements
