Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and development of pumping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that solutions meet functional and commercial needs.
  2. To engineer, design, and develop pumping system solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  3. To support branches in tender proposals and project planning, ensuring that all projects are well-planned and executed on time and within budget.
  4. To manage projects, oversee installations, and commission solutions to specification, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  5. To provide advanced technical support and diagnostics, resolving complex problems and providing expert advice to customers and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analysis, design, and diagnostic skills for pump systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks).
  • Experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and tender responses.
  • Excellent project management and commissioning experience.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
