Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough fault diagnosis and repair of pumps, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead and mentor team members, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with service center management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience working with pumps.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to engage others and manage a team
