Pumping Innovation Strategist

Our organisation is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead technology advancements and innovations in hydrotransport, slurry pipelines, and slurry pumping.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of slurry solutions, including pumping systems, flow sheets, and slurry characterisation. They will be responsible for driving technology pipeline development, scouting and assessment of new technologies, and leading the execution of enterprise technology roadmaps.

About the Job- Leading by Example: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety and excellence.
- Lead the development of slurry solutions and hydrotransport design, product concepts developments, and integrated solutions.
- Support the identification and assessment of new technologies.
- Develop tools for selecting slurry solutions, including techno-economic evaluation.
- Provide effective leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to drive success.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Masters or PhD in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
- Chartered registered engineer certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in pumping and pumping systems.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation in pumping and pumping systems.
