We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to oversee the successful integration of our platform into ecommerce stores in the APAC region. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and providing technical support to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical pre-sales assistance to the business development team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants implementing our platform into their ecommerce store
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve set targets and resolve complex issues
  • Develop strong relationships with partners to ensure stable integrations and identify opportunities for local development
Requirements:
  • A results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • The ability to gather and understand technical details and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce business functionality, sales funnels, and marketing strategies
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of front-end development and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
  • Experience working on Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce ecommerce platforms
  • Headless environment experience utilizing API infrastructure
