Senior Document Controller Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused professional to lead document management and control functions across major infrastructure projects.

This key role will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project-specific requirements.

  • Manage the preparation, organisation, and secure transmission of project documents.
  • Support Capital Delivery projects by ensuring document control processes are followed and systems are used effectively.
  • Coordinate documentation for Infrastructure SA Assurance Reviews, including uploads to SharePoint and ongoing compliance with ISA guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training and coaching to project teams on document control systems and processes.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and lead continuous improvement initiatives for documentation and control practices.
  • Maintain and administer document management systems, such as Aconex, M-Files, Capital Project Locker, and SharePoint.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in document management and control.
  • Strong understanding of document control systems and transmittal processes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Proven ability to support and deliver process improvements and maintain system accuracy.
  • Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office applications.
