The Spoil Management role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our major infrastructure project. As a key member of the project team, you will oversee and coordinate spoil management activities, guaranteeing safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant practices.

Our scope includes a 10.5km motorway section, featuring over 4kms of twin three-lane tunnels, road, and bridge construction, as well as complex M&E installations.

  1. Develop and implement spoil management strategies to minimize environmental impact.
  2. Collaborate with engineers to integrate spoil management into the overall project plan.
  3. Monitor and report on spoil volumes and types, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  4. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure proper documentation and compliance with spoil management requirements.
  5. Work with the project team to identify suitable disposal locations and methods, including recycling or reuse options.
