About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

The role will involve supporting and delivering small to medium-sized projects, as well as components of large-scale complex projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present key deliverables to clients
  • Identify key client risks and issues and mitigate these ahead of time
  • Analyze and evaluate a company's financials
  • Manage engagement teams and lead by example
  • Act as the main point of contact to clients
  • Report directly to Directors and Partners
  • Support business development activities
  • Collaborate widely with the broader team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Driven, but with high emotional intelligence
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
