About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our property management team. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their tenancy.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of rental properties, including tasks such as inspections, maintenance requests, and communication with tenants. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or a related industry would be highly advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Registration Certificate in Real Estate (or enrolled in the course)
  • Local Resident (Moreton Bay Region / North Brisbane)
  • An Australian drivers licence
