Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our Property Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating repairs and maintenance, monitoring and managing rental arrears, ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and safety regulations, and supporting and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities Include:

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence

  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
