Senior Property Manager

Join a high-performing Property Management team and take over a well-maintained, tidy portfolio of properties. You'll be supported by dedicated Field support agents who will assist with all out-of-office tasks, freeing you up to focus on senior responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a portfolio of rental properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor and manage rental arrears
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and safety regulations
  • Support and mentor junior staff (if applicable)

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate
