Our organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead the delivery of open source projects across the global enterprise technology market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will drive project success through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for ensuring programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, and resources expectations.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and resource allocation.
  • IDentify and mitigate key technical and project risks and issues.
  • Maintain strong customer focus and work with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers and provide direction when needed.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive project success.
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
