Job Overview:

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal part in a high-profile global project.

The primary objective is to ensure effective communication and delivery of project directives across various stakeholders.

Main responsibilities include participating in project meetings, documenting stakeholder requests and agreed actions, learning and applying content management systems, creating digital content, and migrating written, graphic, and video materials in line with project briefs.

Key tasks also involve cross-checking content migrations for accuracy, quality, and consistency, documenting completed actions, and providing regular progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, outstanding tasks, and deliverables, attending weekly project WIP meetings, managing project risk registers, and escalating potential risks are essential duties.
