Randstad Recruitment are partnering with a Queensland State Government department to recruit for a Property Services Coordinator to work within a dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will be overseeing the coordination, administration, and compliance of commercial leasing agreements for a diverse commercial portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of tenancy leasing agreements, including Leases, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, and Licences to Occupy.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries related to applications, consent requests, and complaints.
  • Ensure accurate setup of tenancies in the department's property management systems for precise rent receipt and allocation.
  • Oversee the management of the portfolio's agreements, contracts, applications, and approvals by tracking critical dates and reporting actions taken.
  • Administer customer accounts, including invoicing, arrears, rent reviews, insurance, and compliance responsibilities.
  • Provide detailed data and reports to support timely and accurate internal and external communications.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Demonstrated experience working within the commercial property sector.
  • Proficiency in property management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.


It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
