Job Description

This role is perfect for a highly organized and motivated individual who is eager to build a sustainable career in real estate. As a Sales Administration Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative support to our appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating marketing bookings and materials, managing databases, providing weekly vendor reports, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in real estate administration;
  • Strong administrative background, with excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to self-manage day-to-day tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Proficiency in database operations and Microsoft Office package.
