Guest Service Agent Role Overview

A Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, creating a warm welcome for our guests and exceeding their expectations.

This role involves acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members, managing check-in and check-out processes, and anticipating guests' needs to stay ahead of requests.

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera PMS is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have unrestricted Australian working rights and fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
