Underground Projects Supervisor Opportunity Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Underground Projects Supervisor. You will be responsible for planning, quoting and delivering projects or parts of projects under contract for customers.

The role requires a high level of project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that time, scope, costs, safety and quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing assigned projects from initiation through to project closure
  • Responsible for project outcomes
  • Project scope definition and scope control
  • Project scheduling including on-time delivery
  • Project communication including reporting, project stakeholder management and management of project information systems
  • Management of project procurement activities including subcontract tendering and head/subcontract contract administration
  • Management of the design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, testing and commissioning processes to complete project deliverables
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the company's project management systems and processes
  • Develop strong customer relationships at the project level
  • Manage the delivery of customer projects to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Manage all commercial aspects of the project in cooperation with the Works/Operations/Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Hold a current construction induction card
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Project Management experience in a contracting organisation or project based business or similar with a proven ability to operate in a dynamic
