At Western Diagnostic Pathology, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care as a Collector.

**Job Description**: Collecting samples with care and attention, maintaining meticulous records for every patient and sample, and preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples with professionalism and precision
  • Managing patient records and specimen preparation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring seamless logistics for specimen transport and testing

**Requirements:**

  • Empathy, communication, and customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient experience
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • A willingness to work independently in a solo clinic environment
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19 is a requirement of this role
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection would be advantageous
