Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or healthcare background.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with high levels of empathy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, sometimes in a solo clinic setting.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, New Zealand citizenship, or a valid visa permitting work.

Vaccination Requirements:

  • Hepatitis B vaccination evidence is mandatory for this role.
  • Other vaccinations may be required based on location.
