Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Clinical Collector. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting samples with care and attention, maintaining accurate records, and preparing specimens for transport and testing.

About the Role:

  • Collect blood and non-blood samples from patients in a clinical setting.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and sample collections.
  • Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A great blend of empathy, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A willingness and confidence to work independently in a solo clinic environment.
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence, such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19, is required.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection is advantageous.
