Transaction and Restructuring Professional

We are seeking a skilled Transaction and Restructuring professional to join our team. As an Associate, you will work alongside experienced professionals on live client projects, doing real work with real clients.

The role involves assisting businesses in addressing their pressing concerns, making well-informed decisions using advanced analytics and techniques. You will also work alongside respected leaders in the Restructuring community, exposing you to continuous learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting businesses in addressing their financial and operational challenges
  • Developing and implementing restructuring plans to achieve maximum recoveries and manage complexity
  • Collaborating with management and stakeholders to provide strategic advice and support
  • Executing critical project deliverables to meet objectives on-time with the highest quality

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce/Business with a major in accounting and/or finance
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A quick learner with a strong work ethic, capable of working at pace and performing in an unstructured environment
  • Demonstrated interest in Transactions, Turnaround & Restructuring
  • Basic understanding of Restructuring concepts (operational and financial) and valuation concepts (market multiples, DCF, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills with a willingness to study towards further qualifications (CA, CFA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior investment banking or financial internship experience (M&A or an Industry team), Leverage Finance or Restructuring is desirable but not essential
