Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Professional

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious lawyer to join our dynamic team, providing expert advice on restructuring and insolvency matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a commercial approach, and excellent communication abilities.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in restructuring and insolvency, either from an advisory or contentious law firm practice.
  • Ability to draft and review transactional legal documentation and agreements.
  • Effective negotiation skills with counterparts.
  • Familiarity with client needs and ability to meet them effectively.
  • A commercial mindset and skill to articulate and negotiate effectively.
