About the Job

This role involves assisting in various transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance to companies and stakeholders in informal and formal restructuring transactions
  • Rendering distressed M&A advisory services
  • Advisory services for debt and equity raising in complex, stressed, and distressed situations
  • Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of clients

You will work closely with senior-level professionals and clients, providing expert analysis and support. The ideal candidate has a strong academic track record, a genuine interest in financial restructuring, and up to 3 years' experience in a related field.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Interest in Financial Restructuring and large financial transactions
  • Up to 3 years' experience in Financial Restructuring, Leveraged Finance, or Insolvency
  • Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
  • Comprehension of key debt-related components and structures
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
