At Catholic Healthcare, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic Home and Community Services team based in Hunters Hill, NSW.

The Customer Care Team is the heart of our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. As a key member of this team, you will be the first point of contact for our In-Home Service clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking calls from a busy queue, recording interactions, handling billing enquiries, transport requests, escalations, client feedback, locating clients who are not home for scheduled services, incidents, and complaint management.

You will work closely with a large collaborative team to ensure that clients receive accurate and timely information. This is an exceptionally busy role that requires strong organisational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking calls from a busy queue and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Recording interactions and managing data entry
  • Handling billing enquiries, transport requests, escalations, client feedback, and complaints
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances. You should also have experience in aged care services or a similar field, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality customer service.
