Job Description:

As a Centre Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a centre team that welcomes children and families, providing exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations with administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to children and families while collaborating with the centre team
  • Support the Centre Director in prioritising and building the centre's attendance pipeline
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform essential business administration tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current QLD Working with Children Check is mandatory
  • Experience in childcare administration is preferred but not required
