Job Summary:

The Roster Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of centre rosters, meeting operational needs while adhering to award provisions and industrial instruments. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage rosters in accordance with established protocols, ensuring seamless integration with operational requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate centre rosters, effectively processing staffing variations and timesheets as needed.
  • Provide timely rostering information to senior management, including comprehensive estimates and leave entitlements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding human resource information and respond to general HR enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support recruitment processes and maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry and computer-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
