Microsoft D365 System Analyst - SCM

Purpose of Position

We seek a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system analyst with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain to collaborate with end clients. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for working with clients to formulate and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and document business requirements
  • Identify and analyze inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices and system functionality
  • Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes
  • Demonstrate systematic and logical thinking to resolve problems and identify causes and implications
  • Manage user and stakeholder expectations
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure timely project delivery
  • Assist with presales activities and engagement proposals

Key Tasks:

  • Execute sprint plans using agile methodologies and principles
  • Deploy solutions, creating test plans to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
  • Create user documentation and conduct formal training classes
  • Develop functional specifications for use by system developers
  • Document business processes and associated documentation
  • Use data modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for software design and development
  • Gather system requirements through workshops and interviews and translate into functional solutions
  • Contribute to solution design and system setup
  • Establish test plans and develop customizations
  • Lead end-user training activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in delivering D365 solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and features within D365
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and features within D365
  • Experience in delivering data migration solutions involving D365
  • Functional background with experience using reporting tools and understanding of how D365 ERP is used in business operations
  • Planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Experience in configuration, evaluation, validation, and deployment
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to lead a team of graduate functional consultants
  • Architecture, design, and detailing of enterprise resource planning business processes

Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years' experience in Microsoft D365 F&O
  • Experience working in Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain industries
