Investment Opportunities in Credit Markets

We are seeking an Investment Associate to join our team, focusing on Asset and Wealth Management Private Credit. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or leverage finance.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a broad mandate, from direct lending to opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity. You will be part of small deal teams responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring, executing, and monitoring investments.

Responsibilities
  • Coverage and Origination: Support investment ideas across the product suite of Credit via early engagement with relevant parties.
  • Due Diligence and Execution: Engage in all aspects of due diligence (financial, legal, commercial, technical, ESG) and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses.
  • Communicate and defend investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees.
  • Investment Monitoring & Exits: Actively monitor existing investments in the portfolio.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or leverage finance.
  • Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for investing and analyzing businesses and industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
