Investment Analyst/Associate – Global Private Credit Fund

With over a decade's worth of private credit track record in Australia, this global fund is known for providing a range of financing solutions to large and mid-market sponsors and corporates. They are a key player in the private credit market globally and have a strong platform to create both standard and customised solutions for a range of deals. This includes supporting leveraged buyouts, growth opportunities, divided recapitalisations and refinances.
Due to continued growth in the sector and business, this organisation is looking to add two headcounts at both the Analyst and Associate level. Our client is considering candidates with 18 months to 6 years of experience from direct investing roles (private credit or private equity), M&A investment banking or leveraged finance. You must be a self-motivated individual who is proactive, hard working and commercial.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with global investment teams. You will be responsible for conducting detailed business due diligence, evaluating deal opportunities, completing financial analysis (including financial modelling), participating in negotiations, formatting documentation and interacting with a range of stakeholders both locally and globally.
