We are a leading alternative credit investing platform with a dynamic team based globally. Our platform invests across the full spectrum of credit strategies, working with senior, mezzanine and hybrid funds.
As an Investment Associate, you will work as part of small deal teams responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring, executing, and monitoring investments, and be involved in a wide variety of transactions across industries.
Key Responsibilities- Coverage and Origination: Engage early with relevant parties to support investment ideas
- Due Diligence and Execution: Participate in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses; Negotiate and document investments
- Investment Monitoring & Exits: Actively monitor existing investments in the portfolio
- Build relationships with founders, sponsors, management teams and internal stakeholders
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or leverage finance and private credit roles
- Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for investing and analyzing businesses and industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and creative mindset; ability to analyze a variety of industries and businesses
