Clough Group is seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join our team delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project.

We are a pioneering project delivery company that harnesses our people's innovative thinking through engineering and construction solutions that deliver a sustainable future today.

As an HSSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals are fully compliant with company and project requirements. You will also ensure HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements
  • Preparing agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to working on large scale construction projects or mining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices
