Experienced Construction Site Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team for upcoming projects. The successful candidate will be based in the Mackay region working a DIDO roster or based in an Australia state capital city working a FIFO roster.
The role reports directly to the Project Manager and involves:
- Liaising with Clients and Consultants
- Providing high-level supervision on site at all times
- Coordinating, supervising, and controlling subcontractors
- Maintaining daily supervisor reports
- Liaising with the client and Project Manager to organize inspections of the works
The ideal candidate will hold a QLD (C) class driver's license and have 5-10 years of experience in civil construction. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A sound understanding of the construction industry, including modern construction techniques
- Bulk Earthworks and roads experience
- Structural concrete experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Project
