Job Opportunity: Construction Site Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction site leader to oversee a significant commercial redevelopment project in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site activities related to the commercial redevelopment project, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee project progress according to plan.
  • Implement stringent safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, providing detailed reports to the Project Manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction site leader on high-value commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse on-site teams.
  • Able to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction site leadership role, specifically on large-scale commercial projects.
