About the Role

As a seasoned construction leader, you will take on a pivotal position as our Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a thriving community by leading a single-site project and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to specification.
  • A trade background (preferably carpentry) with relevant qualifications, such as a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
  • Able to work directly with developers and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A valid driver's licence with no restrictions.
