Job Title: Energy Transition Manager, Access & Outage PlanningSalary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Energy Transition Manager, Access & Outage Planning to join our Network Operations & Safety team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering scheduled outages, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to our network.
The role involves leading a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access, promoting a positive and productive work environment through mentorship and coaching. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols, is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in an operational or planning role. At least 2 years of leadership experience, mentoring and developing team members, is also required.
