Financial Inclusion Officer

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Inclusion Officer. This role will involve supporting community members in accessing fair and respectful financial support through the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting loan applicants from initial enquiry through to submission
  • Monitoring repayments and working with clients to resolve arrears
  • Reconciling loan repayments and maintaining accurate records

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in client support, administration or financial services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence with Microsoft Office 365 and online systems, and a respectful and inclusive approach to working with vulnerable people.

A Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Business Administration, Financial Capability or equivalent experience is a minimum requirement. Additionally, a National Police Check and Working with Children Check are required for this role.
