About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership across GreenLife Clinics.
This is a pivotal role responsible not only for leading the finance function but also for shaping the organisation's financial future as it transitions from a start-up to a high growth enterprise.
The CFO will be instrumental in building the financial infrastructure required to support sustainable expansion.
This includes strengthening systems and processes, ensuring disciplined cashflow management, and leading capital and funding initiatives.
The role will also provide strategic insights through forecasting, modelling, and scenario planning to guide business decisions, new market entry, and future growth opportunities.
By embedding scalable systems, disciplined governance, and clear financial performance frameworks, the CFO will ensure GreenLife Clinics has the stability, transparency, and agility needed to thrive in a regulated, competitive sectorKey responsibilities include: Driving financial strategy, planning, and reporting to support business performance and growth.
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes.
Building and developing the finance team to ensure capability and resilience.
Overseeing compliance, governance, and financial control.
Partnering with the Executive Team to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision making.
Leading financial system improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
This role provides the opportunity to shape the future direction of GreenLife Clinics, ensuring robust financial foundations while enabling innovation and growth.
About You We are seeking a highly capable finance leader who brings both technical expertise and strategic acumen.
You will be CA/CPA qualified, with demonstrated experience leading a finance function in a complex, multi site or growth oriented environment.
To be successful, you will demonstrate: Proven ability to provide strategic financial leadership at executive level.
Strong technical accounting, governance, and compliance expertise.
Experience in driving system and process improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative leadership style that develops people and fosters positive culture.
Commercial acumen and the ability to balance financial rigour with organisational purpose.
