Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, as well as delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent numerical ability, data entry skills, and intermediate Excel experience.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in supporting our financial, administrative, and customer service functions.

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing direct debit forms efficiently and accurately using Procura
  • Responding to payment and invoice inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues or escalating as needed
  • Handling cheque and cash payments with precision, ensuring accurate weekly reconciliations
  • Fostering sustainable processes prioritizing customer and employee feedback, helping us continuously improve
  • Driving the enhancement of our customer value proposition through research, insights, and innovative solutions

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Experience handling high volumes of outbound and inbound phone calls
  • Numerical ability, data entry skills, and intermediate Excel experience
  • Strong attention to detail
