Job Description:

We are seeking a hospitality staff member to join our team at Germanus Kent House residence in Broome. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, carrying out laundry duties, and assisting with cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for residents by maintaining all facility areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clothing and linen.
  • Complete and maintain accurate cleaning and laundry records, including cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance checks.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning agents and laundry chemicals in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Assist with the ordering and stocking of cleaning, laundry, and household supplies as required.
