About the Role
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through various tasks.
This role involves working on commercial sites located in northern suburbs. Strong communication skills are essential to follow directions from your Team Leader effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for gardening and landscaping with a dedication to outdoor work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
- Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field required.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers License.
- National Police Check mandatory.
- White Card.
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
