About the Role
- Supervise the opening and closing shift operations of our store in Balgowlah, with a range of variable shifts available.
- Coach and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or equivalent.
- A passion for food, restaurant operations, and leadership.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to take initiative.
