About the Role:- Supervise store operations during opening and closing shifts, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Lead and coach team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Maintain and promote ZSG's food safety and quality standards at all times.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for food and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A minimum of 1 year of team leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
