Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Zeus Street Greek.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the opening and closing shift operations of our store, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and restaurant operations, with experience in leading teams and delivering results. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the opening and closing shift operations of the store, including staff management and training
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
