Estimate Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead our restaurant operations as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the opening and closing shift operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Supervise store operations during variable shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions;
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain 'The Zeus Way' in all aspects of their daily role;
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork;
- Ensure seamless store operations by addressing any issues or concerns promptly;
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team;
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety;
- The ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required;
