We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of our healthcare placement programs.
About the Role- Lead the launch and execution of new healthcare placement programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and partner expectations.
- Drive workflow efficiency through CRM optimisation and targeted training to support consistent system use across teams.
- Oversee student communications and engagement, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout the placement journey.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes.
- Tertiary Degree in Business preferred or equivalent level of experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience in adult learning and adoption principles.
- Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs that pertain to it.
- Familiar with a range of data capture and reporting software.
- Opportunity to work in office, hybrid or remotely.
