Job Title

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support based on residents' individual needs.
  • Follow residents' personalized care plans and instructions from the Registered Nurse.
  • Recognize and report changes in residents' health status promptly.
  • Administer medication safely and correctly according to policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents in maintaining optimal physical and mental well-being.
  • Encourage residents to maximize their independence and participate in various activities.
  • Respect residents' rights to make informed healthcare and residency choices.
  • Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A genuine desire to care for frail-aged individuals.
  • Effective communication skills in written and oral English.
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination records highly regarded.
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Immediate availability to start.
