- Adhere to the current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia professional guidance for midwives and Australian College of Midwives National Midwifery Guidelines for Consultation and Referral.
- Proven experience in midwifery-led models of care, with a strong commitment to women-centered approaches.
- Knowledge of relevant national guidelines and ability to apply this expertise in practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting to changing circumstances.
