Homecare Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team in delivering care and support services to elderly residents.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care and/or equivalent, effective communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts. They will also be willing to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate and reside locally.

• Deliver personalized care and support based on individual resident needs.
• Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Recognize and report any changes in residents' health status.
• Administer medication safely and correctly.
• Assist residents in maintaining optimal physical and mental well-being.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
