Key Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Governance and Assurance Team Lead to join our integrated workforce. The successful candidate will undertake logistics governance work, collaborating closely with inventory and warehousing specialists to verify the accuracy of Defence assets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support a small team in monitoring, investigating, and reporting on non-compliance within inventory management processes.
  • Develop and achieve reports against the mandated stocktaking cycle for Defence assets and inventory.
  • Conduct regular checking and sampling to enable accurate reporting of inventory records and ensure compliance with Defence logistics management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for senior management on findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and policy advice on logistics governance to unit personnel.
