Required Skills and Qualifications- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
